Preheat your Smoker to 225 degrees and high smoke. Season thawed roast with your favorite BBQ Beef Rub and pop it in the smoker until it reaches an internal temp of 165 degrees (around 4-5 hours). In a bowl, whisk together 1 Cup Low Sodium Beef Broth with 1 Cup of your favorite BBQ Sauce. Pour into the bottom of an aluminum pan and place your roast in the pan and cover tightly with foil. Continue cooking at 225 degrees (either on the smoker or in the oven) until the roast reaches 205 degrees internal temperature (another few hours). Once temp is reached, remove the pan from the smoker/oven and vent one corner of the foil. Let it sit for 30 minutes or until you can safely handle the roast without burning yourself and begin to shred the roast right in the pan with the juices/sauce to your desired consistency. Eat as is or make BBQ Beef Sandwiches, Shredded Beef Tacos, or any delicious smoked roast dish you can dream up!
